Can I return my purchases?

We highly recommend that you do a full unboxing video upon receiving your order.

If you find an item missing or damaged, please contact us at hello@niiche.com.au or via social media, with your order number and your unboxing video.

We will process every return, refund and/or exchange request on a case by case basis.

Unfortunately we do not offer return, refund and/or exchange for change of mind reasons.

Why does it take so long for my order to be shipped?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days.
If your order contains pre-order item(s), we will wait for the pre-orders to arrive to ship all items in the order together.
If you wish to have the ready-stock items to be sent first without having to wait for the pre-order item(s), please email us :)

How long does a pre-order take to be shipped to me?

Pre-order from outside Australia may take up to 4-6 weeks from release date to be delivered to our warehouse in Sydney.

Once arrived, we process within 3 business days to dispatch to you.

How do you ship my purchases?

We ship from Sydney, Australia, using Australia Post for domestic and international shipping . A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

If you wish to use a different shipping provider/ courier, please let us know before your place your order.

Please see below a general guide of our domestic shipping costs:
- less than 1kg : $10.60
- 1kg to 1.99kg : $14.50
-2kg to 2.99kg : $18.25
- 3kg to 19.99kg: $21.95

To get an estimate of international shipping costs, please check via Australia Post website . Do note that any customs/ duties/ taxes payable are the buyers' responsibility.

YES!

Albums purchases count towards Aria, Hanteo and Circle Chart.

How does your Rewards Program work?
